Payment disfunctional


after having booked a room sucessfully once I’d like to do so again. However booking process fails. I tried giropay 3 times and 2 different credit cards. Various error messages (of not being able to reach my bank etc.) appeared.

The money however was reserved on at least one card, haven’t checked the other one.
Your support somehow confirmed this but couldn’t do anything.

Not cool. Not at all…

For some reasons payment using VISA has now worked.
Perhaps you could offer paypal in the future? This would surely ease things a lot…
