Hey peeps! I just joined the community and wanted to join on the fun!

Who am I?
I’m Jab from Singapore and Saudi Arabia

I’m currently studying an MA Creative & Cultural Entrepreneurship and a specialisation in Music, while I also produce and DJ as well. I recently went through a super inspirational few weeks and I’ve found a sound to work on, so I would love any pointers, tips and feedback from anyone!

What do I create?
To be honest this is a hard one because I try to not limit myself to music, but to all areas of my life. Musically, I enjoy producing minimal, synthy, wavy techno and tech house, while i also like to mess around with my SP404 and make lofi hip hop out of old samples. I also play guitar and sing (sometimes after a beer or two) when I want to relax and chillout. I use Logic Pro X as my DAW of choice, but I also enjoy going DAWless and using hardware instruments.

I also produce and host a podcast called The Movie Newbie.

Which studio do I use?
Hopefully the Dalston one! For now, I have the tiny setup in my bedroom.

What do I listen to?
I usually have no idea what I’m listening to because i love to go on Spotify and the let the algorithm figure itself out. If you wan’t to get an idea, just check out my spotify playlists here.

Where can you find me?
You can find me on Soundcloud and Instagram @reidonada or click the links below.

• Been battle rapping since I was 13.

• I also specialize in Brand Strategy as well as Creative Direction

What do I create?
I really straight up make what I want! It depends on what life feeds me at the moment! I have a deep appreciation for all kinds of music. One minute I’m bumpin Conan Mockasin next minute it’s Mobb Deep. I think the foundation of my song structure is based more in east coast rap and 80’s soul but I often find myself pulling from all different kind of shit when I’m constructing a record! No rules or limits! Just playa passion!

Which studio do I use?
Ridgewood, NY!

Hey all…

I am brand new here, so I don’t know if I am doing this right!

Who am I?
My name is Tyler, I am originally from Glasgow in Scotland, but I live in London. I am en ex-professional Dancer. After an injury ending my 10 year career as a Dancer, I switched over to Singing… I have been taking private lessons with a vocal coach for a while now and continuing to do so, as I want to be an AMAZING vocalist, so always trying new things, challenging myself, failing and learning in order to get better. Whilst working on my singing I fell in love with songwriting, particularly top-lining. So I love writing and singing and I am keen to learn more about the music industry as I am on this journey.

What do I create?
I create powerful pop song with real and powerful messages/stories that everyone can relate to, with great vocals and harmonies paired with VERY powerful ad-libs.

Which studio do I use?
As I live in Tottenham Hale I will be using Tottenham Studios. I haven’t used the Tottenham Studios yet, but I have used the Notting Hill Studios before.

What do I listen to?
I am influenced A LOT by Pop… Jessie J, Adele, Sia, Sam Smith, Bruno Mars, Anne-Marie, Dua Lipa, Jason Derulo, Years & Years and Jess Glynne.

I am also influenced by the Pop Rock album “Eye of the Storm” by ONE OK ROCK.

Soon I aim to get some posts up, with some WIP tracks and also some completed tracks. I am also hoping that I can collaborate with some amazing producers, writers & vocalists to make some great music.

Thanks for reading,

Tyler

Hello Pirate: my name is Peter but I record/perform/produce under my moniker DeepFrequency. You all might call me “Grandpa”. A true 60’s hippie and rocker I am just this past year under Covid lockdown producing my electric bass ideas thru Ableton. Years of Blues, Cream, Stones, Dylan, and currently SBL Academy Steve Lawson, Gary Willis, and Phil Mann into eclectic electric solo bass, sometimes with percussion, productions. From reading the Bios here some of you may enjoy my noise. One submission in the Focusrite competition, all the rest at Bandcamp/deepfrequency.

If I get back East I will record at Ridgewood/NYC. That only makes sense, I was born across town in Ridgewood/NJ. LOL.

Hi folks. I’m new round here. I’m David. Amateur singer/songwriter in a broadly folk style (Acoustic Springsteen, James Taylor, Martyn Joseph…) I do my musical work under the name “Holybrook”. Bit of a tech geek but still learning. Been around a loooong time and a bit grey around the gills but still trying to work out what I want to be when I grow up! Based near Reading so that’s where I expect to go. Interested in collaborating with others.

Hi Holybrook, welcome to the community bro. I am a podcaster and the new podcast which will be launching soon, will be heavily based around music. We are looking to collaborate with artists/musicians in some of our episodes. Ideally we want some unique sounding cover versions of the songs we will be dissecting, this can either be pre-recorded or played live in the podcast studio.
Of course, as a thank you, and to support our fellow creators, we will be directing them to your socials and creating promos with your performance.

Look forward to hearing from you.

Stay blessed

PS. I been seeing those same greys, tempted to tamper but i think i will let nature do it’s work  .
